Application for Donation and Charity Runners are Now Open!

The application for donation and Charity Runners has opened as of today, Tuesday, June 24, at 11:00 a.m. (JST).
■Sport Legacy Program 1
Donations from the Tokyo Marathon 2026 Charity will be used to support the Diamond Athlete Program (sponsored by the Japan Association of Athletics Federations),the EDORIKU Para-Athletics Class (sponsored by Edogawa Ward) to support the Para Challenge, and the “Mini Tokyo Marathon” (sponsored by the Tokyo Marathon Foundation) to communicate the various ways to enjoy sports and its appeal.

■Sport Legacy Program 2
Education work for areas stricken by Great East Japan Earthquake (Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima)
The funds will be distributed to “the Iwate Learning Hope Fund”, “the Children Orphaned by Great East Japan Earthquake Fund,” and “the Fukushima Donation for Orphans affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake” according to the number of recipients (minors) of the Scholarship Program.
■Sport Legacy Program 3
Relief and Support Projects for the Disaster-Affected Areas of the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake
The funds you have contributed will be allocated as disaster relief funds for the Noto Peninsula Earthquake of 2024, which occurred on January 1st. After deducting any necessary fees, the entire amount will be sent to the disaster relief allocation committee through the Japanese Red Cross Society.
■Donation and Charity Runner Application Period
①Wish to donate and run the race as a Charity Runner.
Application deadline : June 24, 11:00 a.m. – July 9, 5:00 p.m. (JST)
Amount of donation: The Sports Legacy Program set the amount of donation application
for 150,000 yen or more.
②Only wish to donate.
Application deadline : June 25, 11:00 a.m. – August 30, 5:00 p.m. (JST)
Donation amount: Donors can set their own donation amount from 1,000 yen.
