Notice Regarding Emergency System Maintenance

In response to the public disclosure of a critical vulnerability in the PHP programming language, we conducted emergency system maintenance.

We sincerely apologize for suspending the service without prior notice.

The service has now been fully restored and is available as usual. We are pleased to confirm that no users were affected by this maintenance.
We always announce planned maintenance in advance. However, in urgent situations, we may need to perform maintenance and suspend the service without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.

In addition, due to maintenance of the system used to process donations, some credit card transactions may be affected during the periods outlined below.

■ Maintenance Schedule
Maintenance Window 1: November 9, 2026 (Mon), 01:00-06:00
Maintenance Window 2: November 12, 2026 (Thu), 01:00-06:00
・During each maintenance window, there may be several brief periods of approximately 2-3 seconds when payment transactions cannot be completed.
・If the maintenance cannot be carried out on the scheduled date, it will be conducted during the contingency periods at the same time on 12 November
2026 (Thu) and/or 13 November 2026 (Fri).

■Impact
・Certain credit card transactions may be affected.
・Transactions processed during the affected periods may result in an error (common error codes include C50, K40 and K01).

■If an Error Occurs
If you encounter an error, please wait a few moments and then try to complete the transaction again.
